Jesus referred to the Law of Moses, specifically Exodus 20:12 and 21:17 and Leviticus 20:9, as the word of God (Matthew 15:6; Mark 7:13). God spoke his law through Moses, revealing it to him and also guiding his written record of it (compare Matthew 15:4 with Mark 7:10). Thus, Moses' Law is the word God as Jesus claimed.
When Jesus was tempted by Satan to turn stones into bread, he quoted Deuteronomy 8:3; saying, "It is written: 'Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God'" (Matthew 4:4). The words that came from God were supposedly inspired, and Jesus used them to combat Satan's temptations.
